We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Accountant** to manage and monitor the financial health of our F&B operations and franchise outlets. You will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support the management in decision-making through timely reporting and analysis.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Daily Finance & Accounting**
- Record daily sales, expenses, and operational costs from multiple outlets.
- Monitor and reconcile POS sales reports, e-wallet, and payment gateways (e.g., Grab, Foodpanda).
- Maintain accurate records
**Accounts Payable & Receivable**
- Issue invoices to franchisees, suppliers, and partners.
- Track collections and payment statuses.
- Process supplier bills, verify DO/PO, and ensure timely payments.
**Payroll & Staff Claims (Outlet & HQ)**
- Prepare monthly payroll including OT, commissions, and incentives.
- Calculate and submit statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
- Process and verify staff expense claims and allowances.
**Monthly & Year-End Reporting**
- Prepare monthly management reports: P&L, balance sheet, outlet performance.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control analysis.
- Support external audit and tax filing processes.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- 1-3 years experience in accounting (experience in F&B or retail is a bonus).
- Able to manage multiple outlet data efficiently.
- Good time management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Able to start immediately and have own transport
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
