**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding products and medications.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding medications, health concerns, and over-the-counter products.
- Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and medical terminology is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling medications and prescriptions.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
