- Co-ordinate and ensure that all activities in the month end close process are performed in accordance to the prescribed checklist.
- Supervise the subordinate's day to day work to ensure work delivery and manages the quality of work performed by the team.
- Ensure that all reporting deliverables are accurately prepared and analysed on monthly basis. Ensure that any discrepancies and/or errors are identified with the remedial/rectification action and resolutions for review.
- Handle agents' commissions and incentive payments, including checking, reviewing and preparation of annual agent income statements.
- Handle and verify branches' quarterly and annual incentives calculation before payments are processed for approval.
- Handle on annual and periodical tax compliance work.
- Participate and assist actively on all work automation and new ERP works and working closely with the team and superior.
- Carry out ad-hoc assignments as delegated by superior or management.
- Preparation of annual budget to ensure accurate annual budget and budget revision, working in close liaison with the various divisions and Branch Head.
- Providing continuous training to subordinates & branch support staff on smooth operation of operational work, improvements & efficiencies.

**Requirement: -**
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Good in Microsoft Office.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
