**Job Responsibilities岗位职责**

**1. Equipment Maintenance and Repair Management设备维护与维修管理**
Responsible for routine maintenance, scheduled servicing, preventive maintenance plans, and operating procedures. Define the maintenance responsibilities of each position to ensure equipment is in good working condition, extend its service life, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). 负责设备的日常维护、定期保养、预防性维护计划和操作规程，明确各岗位设备维护职责，确保设备处于良好运行状态，延长设备使用寿命，提高设备综合效率（OEE）。

Organize the repair team to quickly diagnose and fix unexpected equipment failures, analyze root causes, and develop improvement measures to reduce failure rates. 组织维修团队对设备突发故障进行快速诊断和修复，分析故障原因，制定改进措施，降低设备故障率

Manage spare parts inventory, develop procurement plans and inventory control systems, maintain optimal stock levels, and ensure timely supply of key parts to avoid production disruptions. 管理设备备件库存，制定备件采购计划和库存管理制度，合理控制备件库存水平，确保关键备件及时供应，避免因备件短缺影响生产

**2. Equipment Technology Management and Innovation设备技术管理与创新**

Organize research and innovation in equipment technology, promote upgrades and modifications, enhance automation and intelligence levels, improve production efficiency and product quality, and reduce costs and labor intensity. 组织开展设备技术研究和创新工作，推动设备技术升级改造，提高设备自动化、智能化水平，提升生产效率和产品质量，降低生产成本和劳动强度。

**3. Team Building and Management团队建设与管理**

Develop recruitment, training, and development plans for professionals in equipment management, maintenance, and technology based on departmental tasks and growth needs. Optimize team structure to build a high-quality, skilled, innovative, and collaborative equipment management team. 根据部门工作任务和发展需求，制定人员招聘、培训、培养和储备设备管理、维修、技术等方面的专业人才，优化团队人员结构，打造一支专业素质高、技术能力强、具有创新精神和团队协作意识的设备管理团队。

**4. Safety and Environmental Protection Management安全与环保管理**

Implement laws, regulations, and company policies on safety. Develop safety operation procedures and systems, organize training and education to raise safety awareness and skills, ensuring safe operation and maintenance. 贯彻落实安全生产法律法规和公司安全管理制度，制定设备安全操作规程和安全管理制度，组织开展设备安全培训和教育活动，提高员工安全意识和操作技能，确保设备操作和维护过程安全无事故。

Strictly follow environmental protection laws and regulations, promote energy conservation and emission reduction, minimize emissions of pollutants such as exhaust, wastewater, solid waste, and noise, and ensure compliance with environmental standards. 严格执行环保政策和法规，推动设备节能减排工作，减少设备运行过程中的废气、废水、废渣、噪声等污染物排放，确保设备环保指标达标。

**5. Cost Control and Coordination成本控制与协作**

Strictly control costs related to equipment procurement, maintenance, repair, and spare parts, aiming to reduce management expenses and improve company profitability. 严格控制设备采购、维护、维修、备件采购等费用，降低设备管理成本，提高公司经济效益。

**Job Requirements任职要求**

**Educational Background教育背景**

College degree or above, with knowledge in mechanical engineering, electrical control, hydraulic transmission, etc. Familiarity with die casting processes is preferred.
大专以上学历，拥有机械工程、电气控制、液压传动等专业知识，熟悉压铸工艺者优先。

**Work Experience工作经验**

More than 5 years of experience in the equipment department, with familiarity in maintenance and adjustment of die casting machines and machining centers preferred. 具有5年以上设备部门工作经验，熟悉压铸设备和加工中心的维修调试者优先。

**Professional Skills专业技能**
Proficient in mechanical design software such as CAD; capable of designing equipment drawings, preparing technical solutions, and conducting equipment selection evaluations. Familiar with automation control technologies such as PLC, with skills in electrical control system debugging and troubleshooting. 熟练掌握CAD等机械设计软件，能够进行设备图纸设计、技术方案编制和设备选型论证；熟悉PLC等自动化控制技术，具备设备电气控制系统调试和故障排除能力。

**Overall Competence综合素质**

Strong planning and organizational skills to develop reasonable work plans and resource allocations, ensuring efficient equipment management. 具备较强的计划与组织能力，能够合理制定设备管理工作计划和资源调配方案，确保设备管理工作有序开展。

Excellent team management abilities to lead, motivate, and develop the team’s professional and innovative capabilities, enhancing overall performance. 具备良好的团队管理能力，能够有效领导和激励团队，培养团队成员的专业技能和创新能力，提高团队整体绩效。

Strong sense of responsibility, professional ethics, and ability to handle work pressure and high-intensity environments, ensuring successful completion of tasks. 工作责任心强，具备良好的职业道德和职业素养，能够承受工作压力，适应高强度工作环境，确保设备管理工作任务顺利完成。

Proficiency in Chinese communication is an additional advantage. 能用中文交流者优先。

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
