**Responsibilities**:
1. IT Support & Troubleshooting (DC Operations)

Troubleshoot system issues related to WMS, SAP, and BI Portal.

Support Wi-Fi and networking problems in the Distribution Centre.

2. IT Equipment & Device Management

Manage IT equipment issues with HQ, service desk, and vendors.

Configure and support various printers (3-ply, thermal, photocopiers).

Set up and troubleshoot HHT scanners and voice-pick devices.

Address access point (AP) and Wi-Fi issues, liaising with the infrastructure team.

3. System Issue Coordination

Log and track system issues (SAP, WMS, UC4) through the ticketing tool.

Work with system support teams to resolve IT-related problems in the DC.

4. Project & Process Management

Create process timelines, checklists, SOPs, and job descriptions.

Coordinate and review Distribution Centre projects regularly.

Train staff on new and existing processes and projects.

5. System Monitoring & Report Generation

Ensure smooth daily transmission of Fresh Orders from stores/supply chain.

Generate daily operational reports (e.g., stock freshness, fulfillment, rejections).

Compile KPI data and cost-saving metrics across all 3 DCs.

Design report formats for KPI and transport cost analysis.

6. Communication & Project Coordination

Participate in discussions on transport KPIs, cost reviews, and IT budgets.

Brief vendors and internal teams on new item/vendor setups.

Lead KPI dashboard reviews and track action items.

Liaise with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to resolve DC issues.

7. Stock Take & Inventory Adjustment Management

Organize biannual stock takes across 3 DCs, analyze variances, and provide solutions.

Perform monthly stock adjustments to manage losses/gains.

Reconcile WMS and SAP inventory before stock takes.

Communicate with Finance for adjustment justifications and follow-ups.

8. Report Preparation

Generate and maintain reports (daily/weekly/monthly)

Any ad-hoc task given from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of IT support experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong skills in troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Experience handling IT equipment such as printers, scanners, and Wi-Fi devices.
- Able to generate and analyze operational reports and KPI data.
- Good communication and coordination skills for cross-team and vendor collaboration.
- Wiling to work 6 days per week
- Work Location : Sepang

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
