**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process orders, returns, and refunds, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases regularly.
- Handle customer complaints, providing resolutions or escalating issues when necessary.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide suggestions to improve overall satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing customer service initiatives, surveys, and reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer queries and ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation management.
**Qualifications**:
- SPM and above in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Fluent in Chinese, Bahasa and English are advantages.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
