**Job Summary**

The General Manager (GM) will lead the implementation of all SOP/processes and practices across the organization and assist the CEO in the smooth running of the food, leisure, and retail division of the group. This Includes overseeing the overall food service operations with specific focus on food & service quality, outlet cleanliness, maintenance, manpower scheduling, staff training / welfare, and customer service.

The GM will have the responsibility to develop, innovate and deliver a product mix which is quality driven whilst maintaining aggressive financial returns. This will be driven by ensuring that all working methods are reviewed, and best practice is achieved so we in turn can grow our business whilst delivering excellent guest service.

The specific duties of a GM include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material, resources and securing compliance. The GM will mentor team members and find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels. The incumbent will form a key part of the management team and advice the CEO and board members on all operational matters related to improving organizational processes, cost management, and manpower management as well as work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
