**Responsibilities**:

- Update and maintain the product catalogue across various e-commerce platforms, including Lazada, Shopee and Company Official website.
- Coordinate and prepare daily e-commerce (Shopee and Lazada) sales & operational administration functions including all types of reporting submission, invoice, filing, documentations and data maintenance.
- Utilize the ERP system to input and maintain sales data, including sales revenue, customer information, pricing, discounts, and product details.
- Monitoring and manage sales orders received through company’s ecommerce platform, ensuring accuracy and timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor and reply to customer chats, feedback, reviews, product inquiries, complaints, logistics, returns and refunds, and take appropriate actions to address issues promptly within the SLA of platforms and operating guideline.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.
- Good analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- At least **1 Year(s)** of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- **Posses with own transport.**:

- Able to work in **Taman Perindustrian Putra, Puchong (Nearby Taman Mas).**

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
