To in charge of all things administrative and is responsible for the overall operation in the office.
- Handling the other administrative work such as office maintenance, monthly utilities payment, office refreshment, company assets inventory checking, office company expenses and etc.
- Handling company license, road tax, vehicle insurance or any related renewal.
- To assist HR task such as inboard orientation & training briefing, laptop preparation, and offboarding staff for the handover.
- Performing general clerical duties to ensure all scanning documents save in cloud database.
- Composes revising and types routine letters, memoranda, notice, report and etc. (numerical data, charts and forms).
- To assist colleagues reponse IT technical issue promtly and report to superior.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by respective superior.

**Job Requirements**:
1. SPM/Diploma in related studies or related field preferred
2. Min. 1-2 years of experience in office adminitration or similar role
3. Fresh gradute willing to learn are welcome
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Posses own transport
7. Trilingual speakers (Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English) required (MUST).

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
