**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily production and coordinate with bakers for smooth operations
- Prepare ingredients and operate baking equipment
- Create high-quality cakes and confections according to company recipes and standards
- Decorate pastries and cakes to ensure aesthetic and taste excellence
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and proper stock arrangement
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work culture
- Provide training and support to team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
