A Personal Chef is responsible for preparing and cooking meals for individuals or families, often within a private residence. Duties include menu planning, grocery shopping, and ensuring the kitchen is clean and organized after meal preparation. They must be adept at accommodating various dietary needs and preferences while delivering high-quality culinary experiences.
- Creating customized menus based on client preferences, dietary restrictions, and nutritional needs. Creating menus with meal options clients can select from.
- Sourcing fresh ingredients from local markets or specialty stores, managing the budget, and ensuring high-quality produce.
- Cooking meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks etc), whether for immediate consumption or for reheating, and ensuring food safety and presentation.
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, managing inventory, and ensuring proper food storage as per food safety and hygiene rules and regulations
- Catering to specific dietary needs such as gluten-free, vegan, low-sodium, or other allergies.
- Preparing meals for special occasions, such as dinner parties, festival or holiday gatherings.

**Personal Chef Requirements**:

- Formal culinary training is preferred
- Proven culinary experience.
- Sound knowledge of different cuisines as well as food health and safety regulations.
- A strong understanding of nutrition.
- Effective communication skills.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
