Dealer Management Officer

**Job Summary**
The role is responsible for managing, sourcing, and continually growing used vehicle dealerships.
- Maintaining dealer engagement via: Daily broadcast of bidding catalogue, Promotion materials and Announcement in changes in bidding process.
- Attend to dealers request for report interpretation or additional information on the Used vehicle.
- Encourages dealer participation in daily muvBid. Match dealers requirement with listing units.
- Prompt follow up on confirmation status with Bidding Operations / Corporate Team for successful bidded units - prompt issuance of Buyer's Confirmation - check on the need for transportation charges to be include.
- Transmit Buyer's Confirmation to bidders and follow up on payment within stipulated time. To alert Bidding Operations in the event that dealer will be late in making payment - must inform dealer on the need to collect 20% deposit and charge late payment fee.
- Arrange for transacted UV collection at designated collection point - ensure Outbound Delivery Order is readily available.
- Notify Bidding Operations in the event of Puspakom inspection or manual transfer is necessary.
- Ensure invoice & Vehicle Ownership Certificate transmitted to dealer and eAuto ownership transfer is completed to conclude the transaction.
- Attend to all incoming complains on the transacted units - manage dealer’s expectation to minimise compensation or chances of cancelling the deal - seller must also be notify in the event of claims or cancellation.
- Manage seller’s expectation in order to eliminate the need for Confirmation Of Purchase.
- In the event of technical complain - seek assistant from inspection team to mitigate and resolve - monitor and follow up on the progress.
- Signing up new dealers and reactivates dormant dealers.
- Promote all MUV products to dealers - Extended Payment Term / Direct Listing / Retail Consignment / Fleet management services.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
**Qualification**
- Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in field of sales or any related fields.
- Able to speak Mandarin.
- Equipped with good negotiation skills.
- Able to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Good time management.
- Good communication skills, written and verbal.
- Self-starter, able to work with minimum direction and supervision.
