**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, fees collection and documentation
- Print and prepare worksheets and learning materials
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to walk-in and online inquiries (e.g. WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Assist in marketing tasks such as social media updates and simple promotional activities
- Coordinate and schedule student assessments
- Arrange class schedules and support teachers with class planning
- Ensure the centre’s daily operational needs are met and running smoothly

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma qualification
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Friendly, organised, and has a strong sense of responsibility
- Experience in admin or education setting is an advantage

Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm, Tuesday-Saturday

Salary Range: RM3000-RM4000 (depending on experience

Location: Kepong Gi

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
