Responsible for daily production planning and scheduling, achieving and monitoring production targets, personnel efficiency management, and in-process product management for production delivery.
- Responsible for monitoring the yield rate of each production process, promptly identifying and addressing fluctuations and abnormalities in yield rate.
- Responsible for conducting team inspections to ensure that team requirements (delivery, quality, safety, on-site) and key control points are executed as required.
- Responsible for controlling product production costs and managing cost reduction in various aspects such as raw materials, auxiliary materials, small parts and supplies consumption.
- Responsible for guiding employees to produce according to processes and production procedures, supervising and managing employees in terms of process discipline, on-site 6S, labor discipline, personal emotions, etc.
- Responsible for leading improvement initiatives within the scope of responsibilities with a focus on delivery, quality and cost.

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
