Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain good communication skills and build positive interactions with customers.
- Prepare simple beverages during operational hours as per standard recipes.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including basic cashier duties such as opening and closing the cashier.
- Provide assistance to customers with menu inquiries, recommendations, or special requests.
- Ensure a clean and organized front-of-house environment at all times.
- Maintain a cheerful and motivated attitude while working with the team and customers.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Cheerful, motivated, and approachable personality.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of POS systems and cashier operations (training will be provided).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company standards and procedures.
- Flexibility to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays, if required.
