- 协助日常运营所需的库存检查及其他任务。
- 根据餐厅标准协助准备食材和烹饪菜肴。
- 确保食品质量、摆盘和份量符合公司指南。
- 保持厨房清洁、有序和卫生的工作环境。
- 清洗并消毒厨房设备、用具和工作区域。
- 始终遵守食品卫生和安全标准。
- 协助库存管理和检查。
- 支持其他团队成员，确保厨房的顺畅运营。

**About the Role**:
As a **Kitchen Crew** member, you will play a key role in delivering authentic and high-quality Taiwanese cuisine. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, assisting in food preparation, ensuring kitchen cleanliness, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and efficiency. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in the F&B industry while being part of a dynamic and creative team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with stock checks and other tasks needed for daily operations.
- Assist in preparing ingredients and cooking dishes according to the restaurant’s standards.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portioning meet company guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- Adhere to food hygiene and safety standards consistently.
- Assist in inventory management and stock checks as needed.
- Support other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

**Requirement**:

- No prior experience required; relevant experience is an advantage.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene is a plus.
