**Job Descriptions**
- Provide first-line technical support to users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripheral devices
- Assist with the deployment and maintenance of IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, and printers
- Respond to support requests in a timely and efficient manner, effectively documenting all actions taken
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the overall reliability and performance of the IT infrastructure
- Ensure the effective and efficient operation of all computer system.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all IT-related activities

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar IT Technician or support role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
