Receptionist Admin Executive

Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Notify staff of visitor arrivals.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries in person, over the phone.
- Direct visitor to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Answer and manage incoming calls, transferring them to the appropriate staff members.
- Take and relay messages accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a professional and courteous phone manner.
- Manage office supplies and inventory for the front desk area.
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
- Travel Arrangements
- Any other task assigned by Superior.
**Requirement**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computer.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional and welcoming demeanour.
- Good IT skill essential - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
