Review and integrate regulatory requirements into internal policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal controls across business units.
- Conduct gap analysis and compliance assessments, identifying regulatory shortcomings and implementing corrective measures.
- Examine and analyze data to evaluate the adequacy, efficiency and effectiveness of internal procedures and controls within operational and financial processes.
- Support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks, particularly operational, financial, and compliance risks that could impact the business.
- To work alongside the team to identify ways to keep improving and be confident in suggesting ideas for improvement.
- To act as the key person in internal control to ensure timely feedback on the achievement of operational or strategic goals, and compliance with laws and regulations.
- To coordinate meetings and organize strategic projects, activities, and events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- To facilitate internal communication such as distributing information and scheduling presentations.
- To prepare periodic analysis of various business reports.
- To liaise with internal/ external parties in a professional manner as required while conveying the message accurately and in a timely manner.
- To keep track and follow up reports to ensure timelines are met.
- Cross-functional coordination with other divisions.
- To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor from time to time.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND ACADEMIC REQUIREMEMT**:

- Experienced in auditing and accounting will be an advantage.
- Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
- Strong multi-tasker with attention to detail, eager to learn and willing to take responsibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related tools.
- Good communication skills and good command of both spoken and written English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
