Barista / Mixologist

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Daily coffee quality check at head office and at customer’s outlets
- Daily coffee calibration at head office and at customer’s outlets
- Daily coffee tasting and demonstration to new potential customers
- Follow up with all customers’ random quality check & provide monthly report
- Follow up with all customers’ barista skill development & provide monthly report
- Follow up with all customers’ SOP setting and training support to customers
- Follow up with all new potential projects and provide coffee tasting note and presentation required within 24 hours after presentation

**Other Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Assist team members for product presentation & demonstration
- Provide costing and recipe info for every demo session within 24 hours after demo
- Assist to develop new recipe for beverage products as per customer’s requirement and meet expectation
- Assist in all events and marketing activities as barista
- Assist in training for team member’s accounts for beverage making SOP
- Responsible for showroom cleanliness and sample usage
- Responsible for all showroom ingredients purchase budget and product demo budget

**Job Requirement**
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field, however fresh graduates are encourage to apply
- Able to work independently, self-motivated, and an active team player combination of creativity, knowledge of beverages, customer service skills, and the ability to adapt to the preferences and trends of the ever-evolving cocktail scene.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Possess own transport

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
