1. To manage the billing of invoice to clients every month. 2. To monitor closely monthly billing and update to top managements. 3. To assist clients by prepare and submit documentation required. 4. To do a record keeping in file such as copy invoice, delivery order etc. 5. To carry out general job such as morning briefing, update daily activities and to-do list (TDL). 6. To ensure all reports are completed within the datelines and submit to the client for billing process. 7. To attend a training provided by company for career growth. 8. To provide a work planning and schedule to managements. 9. To give a fast respond and entertain all complaints from the clients. 10. To update status progress from staff on site. 11. To carry out any additional assignment/duties as directed by the management from time to time.
