**Line Cook**:
- **Food preparation**: Line cooks chop, mix, and prepare food for entrees, sauces, and side dishes. They may also plate dishes.
- **Kitchen maintenance**: Line cooks clean up prep areas and ensure the kitchen is stocked. They may also manage inventory and waste disposal.
- **Supporting the Head Chef and Chef De Partie**: Line cooks are a primary part of the kitchen workforce, will cover head chef and chef de partie when necessary.
Required skills:
- Food preparation skills
- Safe food and knife handling
- Attention to detail
- Expertise in seasoning, garnishing, and creative displays
- High-volume, fast-paced work ethic
- Ability to stay calm in high-stress situations
- Team player with excellent communication
- Able to work in the weekends and holidays
- Muslim and perform prayers
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
