- Bachelor’s degree in business,
- Must be fluent in English and **Mandarin Speaker (to liaise with the Mandarin speaker clients)**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Persistent and committed to excellent customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
- Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

**Responsibilities**:
**What is your role**:

- Organising sales visits and conducting sales presentations. Meet and present services to business owners, associations, organizations, chambers of commerce, etc.
- Responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Consistently push to achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintaining accurate records of sales leads and positioning on the sales funnel
- Execute sales strategy suitable for the industry/field of services
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports, using a suitable dashboard
- Coordinating the onboarding of the new client to the production team (ie the Patent/Trad
- To work with Sales Manager to ensure systems and templates are created to increase the productivity and efficacy of the Sales Department
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, networking events and meetings when required (locally and internationally)
