Sephora SEA’s omni channel business spans over 8 countries (Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand) with 100+ stores and boasts some global flagships such as ION and Raffles City in Singapore, F88 in Kuala Lumpur and Pitt Street in Sydney. Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace).

**Category Management Intern (Makeup & Fragrance), Malaysia**

**You will shine here if you enjoy**
- Generating and delivering timely category and brand reports
- Collaborating with and supporting category managers to strategise and implement category projects in alignment with overarching category strategic initiatives
- Supporting the team in delivering the half-year major projects (Biannual Pricing Review, Biannual Market Week Review, H1 and H2 Planning and Franchise Reports)
- Supporting exclusive brand management to help drive sales and maintain exclusive brand market shares
- Working on key category analysis projects for category managers to further analyse and strategise
- Participating in the design of Sephora’s foundation strategy, leveraging on the new MCIQ shade matching device at key flagship stores

- Good communications skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and data tools
- Innovative and creative, continually looking to demonstrate and drive improvement to boost commercial outcomes
- Self-initiated with a willingness to learn
