**Job Overview**
- Responsible in working with young children, typically ranging from infants to around eight years old, in a structured educational setting. The primary goal is to facilitate the children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development during their formative years._

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- **Curriculum Development** - Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons that promote all areas of child development.
- **Classroom Management** - Create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning space while managing behavior and fostering social interaction.
- **Individualized Instruction** - Address the unique needs of each child and provide personalized support.
- **Parent Communication** - Maintain regular communication with parents about their child's progress and conduct parent-teacher meetings.
- **Collaboration** - Work closely with colleagues and participate in team meetings and training.
- **Assessment & Documentation** - Monitor and document each child’s development using various assessment tools.
- **Social & Emotional Growth** - Support children in developing self-confidence, emotional regulation, and positive relationships.
- **Creative Play** - Use play-based methods, including art, music, and games, to make learning fun and effective.
- **Health & Safety** - Ensure a healthy and safe environment by following hygiene and emergency procedures.
- **Professional Development** - Continuously improve teaching skills through training and staying current with education trends.

**Plus**: Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- _At least 1 years of Experience in the related field is required_
- _Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, and English_
- _Able to speak Mandarin is to an advantage_
- _Willing to work in Seri Kembangan_
- _Good interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and communication skills_
- _Strong moral values and discipline_

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
