Job responsibilities
**DL Recruitment & General Affairs (GA)**:
- Support HR & GA strategies and initiatives to support the company's business objectives.- Participate and support recruitment activities for local and foreign direct labour (DL) including
interview arrangements, appointment letters, new employee orientation, data entry into FlexHR
system and upkeeping for documentation and filing systems.
- Responsible for the entire foreign worker (FW) documentation process, which encompasses FW
- Manage administrative and operational tasks to ensure effective and smooth running of
operations at workplace (PHQ & P3) from management of stationery inventories and distribution
to all departments, printing of name cards, initiate LN-PR requests, confirms PO, canteen, keys to
all drawers & cabinets etc
- Maintaining good relationships with agents and vendors on hostels, transportation, security and
employees services.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on HR & GA related
matters.
- Participate, coordinate, support in employee engagement initiatives and activities such as annual
dinner committee, vendor booth, goodie bags etc
- Preparation of management reports, regulatory, FWs required documentations etc
Job requirements
- Degree with 2-3 years of working experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Effective communication in Bahasa and English for both written and spoken.
- Exhibit good interpersonal skill and teamwork.
