**Job Description**:
Workplace Management Intern
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Workplace Management Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship provides hands-on experience in workplace strategy, facilities management, and space optimization while supporting our team in creating productive work environments for our clients and employees.

**Responsibilities**:
Support the Workplace Management team in day-to-day operations and special projects
Assist with space utilization studies, occupancy tracking, and workplace analytics
Help maintain workplace management databases and reporting tools
Contribute to the development of workplace policies and procedures
Assist with coordinating workplace changes, moves, and space planning
Support sustainability initiatives within office environments
Participate in client-facing meetings and presentations when appropriate
Help conduct workplace satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback
Research industry trends and best practices in workplace design and management

**Qualifications**:
Currently pursuing a degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Interior Design, Real Estate, Management, Engineering or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Basic understanding of CAD or space planning software is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Interest in workplace strategy, design, and employee experience
