**OVERVIEW**
- To identify, develop, implement, and manage company’s product offering strategy in line with company’s long-term goals.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for managing and implementing product marketing related activities that best fit in the assigned territories.
- Manage & coordinate product development projects with relevant stakeholders in the assigned markets & territories.
- Conduct market research, competitor’s analysis, and implement plans to set us apart from competitors.
- Manage pre-launch and post-launch analysis/ activities.
- Be the products expert and able to conduct internal/ external trainings and counter objections and challenges.
- Supporting product collaterals preparation which may include brochures, videos, infographic, etc.
- Supporting subsidiaries / affiliate company in handling regulatory & product quality matters with authority and key stakeholders (internal & external).
- Analysis of products performance and devise action plans for further growth and improvements.
- To meet personal KPI and contribute to department and corporate KPI.
- To undertake other special assignment, ad-hoc functions and other product development related duties specified by the company.
- Any other tasks assigned by the superior.

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree in Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, Chemistry, Marketing or equivalent.

**Work Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in pharmaceutical/ medical industries or relevant product-related capacity is preferred.

**Technical and Professional Knowledge**:

- Medical regulatory knowledge will be an added advantage.
