**Roles & Responsibility**:

- Explain banking concepts and product features to clients.
- Identify and assess customers' needs.

**Requirements**:

- Good command of **Thai** and English, both spoken and written.
- At least diploma in any disciplines.
- Prior experience in a contact centre environment is encouraged to apply.
- Customer oriented with good listening, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment as well as adapt/respond to different types of

inquiries.
