Assist in supervising work equipment stores, pesticide stores and company vehicles including: 1. Update records of work equipment, pesticides and general items stored in the main store and storage cupboard (first floor) on a weekly basis. 2. Record and collect information on the use of work equipment and the use of pesticides on a daily basis. 3. Update pesticide records and work equipment records as well as make calculations and inspections (audits) on a monthly basis on the physical stock of pesticides and work equipment. 4. Inspect, update and prepare pesticide stock record statements and submit to the Administration division for the purpose of adding new stock supply. 5. Receive, record and store supplies of pesticides/ work equipment from the Supplier. 6. Hold the store key, open, close and re-lock the store for the work of storing pesticides, work equipment and other items at all times especially after office hours. 7. Check the condition of the company's vehicles on a daily basis including recording the vehicle's journey and fuel level and sending to the company's management on a daily basis. 8. Update road tax and service service renewal records for each vehicle, including providing service forms and service quotations. 9. Provide information to the Managing Director on a weekly basis on records of use of work equipment, records of use of pesticides and records of use of company vehicles.
