**About Us**

MICE Experience Asia is a growing event management company specializing in creating seamless and memorable experiences for our clients. We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Event Hospitality Executive to support our operations, mainly focusing on transportation and guest hospitality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate transportation logistics including airport transfers, shuttle arrangements, and VIP movements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for guest hospitality needs during events.
- Assist with meet-and-greet services, check-in, and guest registration.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Support hospitality desk operations and provide on-ground assistance during events.
- Handle last-minute requests and resolve issues promptly to maintain excellent client experience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in event, hospitality, or travel-related field (fresh graduates with strong passion are welcome).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and event days.
- Familiar with transportation coordination is an added advantage.
- A team player with a positive and service-oriented attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
