**Job Summary**
Brand & Business Lead plays a pivotal role in driving brand growth, enhancing business performance, and delivering a cohesive brand experience across all customer touchpoints. This role is responsible for strategic brand positioning, marketing execution, and cross-functional collaboration to align brand and operational strategies.
Sitting at the intersection of branding, business development, and operations, the role offers a dynamic opportunity for a commercially driven and execution-focused individual passionate about healthy living, customer engagement, and operational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Brand & Marketing Strategy Execution**
- Assist in executing brand strategies and product positioning plans.
- Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across digital, in-store, and social media platforms.
- Develop branding materials, POS content, and promotional tools with internal and external teams.
- Monitor market feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer engagement and brand appeal.
2. **Business Development & Revenue Growth**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, retail channels, and brand partnerships.
- Support market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight gathering for business decisions.
- Assist in new product launches and campaigns that drive awareness and revenue growth.
3. **Leadership & Team Management**
- Lead by example and manage the team with integrity, aligning with New Juice’s values, culture, and mission.
- Drive team engagement, development, and performance by setting clear expectations and providing coaching and feedback.
- Delegate key responsibilities effectively and ensure a smooth flow of operations through clear communication.
4. **Operation & Cross-Functional Coordination**
- Support retail and outlet operations in executing brand initiatives, promotions, and customer experience enhancements
- Liaise with supply chain, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure smooth product rollout and availability
- Collaborate with store teams to maintain brand compliance and deliver consistent quality standards.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of working experience in branding, marketing, business development, or retail/F&B operations.
- Background in F&B, lifestyle, or retail industries is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of branding and customer experience.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media, and campaign execution.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, or store operations is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Canva or similar design tools is a bonus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
- Willing to travel for store visits, campaign activations, and on-ground events.
