- **Role Overview**
- As a **Financial**Business Partner** within Lenovo’s Digital Workplace Solutions (DWS) Practice, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence across our Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) offerings. You will be responsible for end-to-end P&L management, strategic reporting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to support Lenovo’s “AI for All” transformation.

** Key Responsibilities**
- **End-to-End P&L Management**- Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process for the DaaS P&L.
- Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition, cost accruals, and allocations.
- Collaborate with accounting and sales operations teams to validate financial entries.

**Management Reporting**- Deliver insightful financial reports to leadership, including variance analysis vs. budget and forecast.
- Highlight key performance drivers and trends across offerings and geographies.
- Support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights.

**Budgeting & Forecasting**- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles for the DaaS business.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to align financial plans with business goals.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and recommend corrective actions.

**DaaS Offering Analysis**- Analyze DaaS backlog and provide insight on options to revenue acceleration
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for margin improvement and growth.
- Provide recommendations to optimize portfolio profitability.

**Internal Controls & Compliance**- Maintain a robust control environment for the DaaS business.
- Support internal and external audits with documentation and process transparency.
- Ensure compliance with Lenovo’s financial policies and global standards.-
- **Qualifications & Skills**- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or ACCA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in IT services or tech.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, revenue recognition, and cost allocation.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with SAP and BI tools
- Advanced PPT and executive presentation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
