**Job Summary**: The Account Payable & Receivable Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all accounts payable and receivable transactions for Sinma Digital Commerce. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Receivable**:

- Prepare and send customer invoices.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and update customer information.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- **General Accounting**:

- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
- Prepare and maintain various financial records and reports.
- Adhere to accounting best practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Minimum certification in accounting or finance.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and reporting requirements.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
