- To work with Finance, IT, and other teams

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support core and non-core system implementation, change or enhancement including drafting of user requirement, support user acceptance testing for finance modules and perform parallel runs to compare outputs from legacy and new systems
- Work with finance and accounts teams to identify repetitive and manual processes suitable for automation.
- Design and implement automation workflows using tools like Power Query, Power Automate, Excel VBA Macros and Generative AI.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data transformation pipelines to support real-time insights.
- Ensure automated solutions are robust, scalable, and well-documented.
- Create documentation, user guides and provide training for automated tolls and workflows
- Monitor and refine automation tools and troubleshoot any issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholder such as IT, data, project management and governance teams to ensure implementation is in compliance with internal policies and framework and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools or technologies to enhance efficiency in finance operations.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience with Excel (including advanced formulas and VBA).
- Proficiency in Power Query and Power Automate (Microsoft Flow).
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, or Python for data processing.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and how to integrate automation.
- Understanding of finance and accounting workflows and best practices.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM3,272.62 - RM16,000.00 per month
