**Responsibilities**:

- Execute division policy and ensure full adoption and comply with workflow or standard operation procedures.
- Responsible for e-commerce operational tasks, including product listing within our e-commerce platform, process order, follow up returns, campaign planning and management, reporting, etc.
- Evaluate and analyze the campaign performance and identify the opportunity to increase conversion.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Liaise with marketing team to build effective online strategy and drive traffic to store
- Performs administrative and division support activities
- Achieve division monthly gross profit target as set by the Management.
- To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Possess working experience(s) in the related field will be added advantage.
- Able to work independently, full responsibility and with minimum supervision.
- Organized, strong communication and excellent time management skills
- High level of conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
- Positive attitude, self-motivated
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.
