**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

**Reports to**:Communication Manager

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Work closely with the Communications Manager to develop and create engaging internal content, including announcements, infographics, posters, and videos.
- Coordinate the delivery of internal communications across multiple channels, ensuring messages are timely, organized, and targeted to the right audience.
- Support the planning and execution of internal events, including town halls and employee engagement activities, managing agendas, content, speakers, and branding.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Employee Resource Groups, and the Leadership Team to enhance employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in developing and executing functional communication plans that align with the organization’s values and cultural initiatives.
- Maintain consistent messaging across all communication channels and ensure alignment with the internal communication strategy.
- Monitor the effectiveness of internal communications and recommend improvements for better employee engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive communication efforts.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- A basic understanding of communication principles and content creation.
- Ability to identify potential communication challenges and proactively suggest solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and support key stakeholders.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks, managing workload, and staying adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Remain calm under pressure, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and maintain high motivation.
- Proficient in using design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
