Sales & Marketing Executive

We are hiring
ALFA and Friends are committed to creating STEM awareness among schools, leaders, teachers, and parents, and we are inviting passionate Sales & Marketing executives to join us & expand our business opportunity & coverage. As our brand ambassador, your main responsibility is to attend sales conferences, seminars and tradeshows to promote our product & services. You will also need to travel and set meeting appointments with prospects and customers. Could this be you?

**Job Descriptions**:

- Actively plan & execute your sales & marketing strategy to achieve the target in assigned territory.
- Plan and execute Sales and Marketing Strategies.
- Uncover sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
- Ensure brand consistency and representation across all marketing platforms.
- Analyze and strategize action plans based on the market environment and develop solutions for maximum marketing effectiveness.
- Respond to inquiries on product pricing and general policy questions within the assigned territory.
- Prepare relevant reports and feedback to the management team on market trends.

- Must be sensitive and responsive to customers' needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be able to partner with organizations to uncover assessment needs and suggest product/service solutions that will meet their needs.
- Must willing to meet prospects, set up appointments and planning travel itineraries.
- Able to attend sales conferences and tradeshows.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Current valid driving license required.
- Ability to drive a car for extended periods of time, and travel by plane.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years’ experience of sales success in selling professional development and/or enterprise-wide solutions. Experience in the education industry is preferred. (Fresh Grads are encouraged to apply).
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication and/or a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experienced using Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required, Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Hangout) preferred.
