1) Responsible for full spectrum of HR and Admin functions for Branch

2) To be responsible for payroll calculation of outlet & submission payroll report to HQ

3) Foreign Worker Affairs like FOMEMA, hostel management, medical etc

4) Responsible for recruitment and selection, induction of new employees and conducting exit interviews

5) Must be able to handle workers disciplinary issues including counseling issuing of warning letters, etc

6) To be responsible for monitoring stock control of Non-trade items such as packaging material, cashier roll, etc

7) To be responsible for monitoring and renewal of Business licenses and permits

8) To be responsible for monitoring stationary, staff uniform, office equipment maintenance

9) To go round on working floor for checking on cleanliness, staff issues, misconduct, etc

10) To ensure all new employees are properly trained by the superior

11) To ensure all utilities bills for hostels and branch are paid on time

12) To ensure reports are submitted to HQ on time

13) Any other duties are assigned and directed by Group HR Manager or Branch Manager from time to time

**REQUIREMENTS**

2) at least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

3) Preferably those specialized in Human Resources or equivalent

4) Must have good command in both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Melayu

5) Possess own transportation

6)Those who can start work immediately will be given preference

7) Can work in Pasaraya Matahari at Denai Alam

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
