HR & Admin Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- To upkeep and maintain proper record for the office equipment such as office phone extension line, photocopy machine, security guard, cleaner, staffs uniform, stationary order, name card, sundries purchase, utilities bills and etc.
- To be responsible for the building maintenance and company motor vehicles maintenance (company car).
- To ensure company vehicles inspection, road tax & insurance renewal on time.
- To ensure appropriate insurance coverage for the company’s properties and equipment.
- To maintain systematic and complete documentation and filling system.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Create and implement effective on boarding plans.
- Coordinate documentation and administration of recruitment, confirmation, extension / termination, resignation, transfer or other movement of staff.
- Develop training and development programs.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Check & review employee records (attendance, leave and etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
- To maintain proper employees’ personal files including personal records, employees’ leaves, medical claims and HR filing system.
- Handling Foreign Worker accommodation & transport for work purpose
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by superior
**Requirements**:
- Required skill(s): MS Office.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Able to work in the working location - Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.
