**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Incident Management**: Handle and resolve incidents related to the core banking system. This includes troubleshooting, documenting, and escalating incidents as necessary.
- **Client Support**: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their issues are addressed promptly and accurately.
- **System Monitoring**: Monitor the core banking system to identify potential issues before they impact our clients.
- **Communication**: Maintain clear and regular communication with clients, keeping them updated on the status of their incidents and any system changes.
- Able to fully work from home to support.
**Qualifications**:
- One or more years of experience in an IT operational environment.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred) IT related field.
- Experience working experience in Call Centre, Data Centre & Server Operations Support will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of familiarity with LINUX and Windows systems, and standard operating procedures.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (Bahasa Melayu and English).
- Desire to learn new skills and take on new tasks.
- Ability to work during the specified hours (8 PM - 7 AM).
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend jobs
