Responsibilities:
- Monitor and follow up on insurance renewals & claims
- Organizing and maintaining documentation
- Coordinating enquiries between customers & insurance company
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (word and excel)
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a positive, pro-active, and helpful attitude
- Able to communicate in basic English
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
