Human Resource Executive

System knowledge : Infotech System (will be advantaged)
- Perform full spectrum of payroll functions including payroll calculation, allowances, claims, overtime payment.
- Participating in preparation for training onboarding staff
- Handle all staff employment data, personal data, statutory data, company directory, organizational charts
- Accountability for monthly payroll and ensure timely and accurate disbursement and maintaining company EPF, SOCSO, HRDF and LHDN
- Develop and maintain procedures in collaboration with other department managers for all areas of HR & Administration Management.
**REQUIREMENT**
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in human resource, business administration or relevant field.
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in the related field is required.
- Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment and Payroll).
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Infotech and UBS System.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication in English and Bahasa.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Able to work as team player and under pressure.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
**Experience**:
- Human resources: 2 years (preferred)
