**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**ERP System Management**
- Oversee **SAP S4 HANA** and other Business Applications (BA) systems.
- Analyze business requirements and map them to best practice processes and data models.
- Facilitate gap analysis sessions and update blueprint, functional, and technical design documents.

**Project & Change Management**
- Organize and lead BA projects, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
- Propose and monitor the **change management process** to align with business objectives.
- Coordinate project tasks across multiple business entities, including functional teams, consultants, vendors, and technical teams.

**User Support & Training**
- Conduct **user training and support** on SAP ERP systems.
- Ensure smooth Business as Usual (**BAU**) operations and respond to end-user needs.
- Share knowledge, provide coaching, and mentor new and existing team members.

**Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement**
- Manage system design, configuration, testing, maintenance, and quality assurance processes.
- Stay updated with new ERP technologies and provide recommendations for system enhancements.

**Other Responsibilities**
- Engage in various Business Application software initiatives.
- Take on project management responsibilities when required.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

**Qualifications & Skills**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- **5+ years of experience** in ERP/Business Application support, with a focus on **SAP S4 HANA**.
- Experience in **SAP FICO** is an added advantage.

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, business process mapping, and data modeling.
- Familiarity with **change management processes and system configuration**.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong **leadership and project management skills**.
- Excellent **communication and problem-solving abilities**.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
