Job Summary:
As a Social Media & Marketing Executive at Dudu Kids Cafe, you will be responsible for planning and executing various marketing tasks and campaigns both online and offline to meet our brand objectives. This role involves managing social media channels, organizing in-store events, creating marketing materials, and supporting advertising initiatives. In addition to this, you will have the opportunity to work across other businesses owned by the cafe owner giving you an opportunity to diversify your experience.

Your Role:

- Plan and execute marketing tasks and campaigns to achieve brand objectives.
- Organize in-store events to enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XiaoHongShu - minimum 2-3 channels) to boost audience presence and engagement.
- Analyse latest market trend and create and maintain a social media calendar, including planning, shooting, and editing content.
- Collect insights, data from past campaigns and brainstorm future ideas for upcoming campaigns.
- Able to set up SEO/SEM optimized advertisements (FB/IG Ads, Google Ads).
- Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials effectively.
- Maintain and update the company website.
- Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

- At least 3-4 years experience in Marketing
- Must have own transportation.
- Proficient in managing social media channels, content planning, post-editing, copywriting, and designing marketing materials.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
