GeoSoftware is seeking a skilled and motivated Administrator to join our Software Licensing
team and the position will be based in Kuala Lumpur office. Reporting to the Software and
Contract Licensing Supervisor, you will provide support to the Software Licensing team that
manage all license requests across the organization. You will ensure the accuracy of all software
orders, confirm order details, and uphold compliance with contract requirements. This is a
global position that you will work with and communicate with co-workers outside of Malaysia
office. Attention to detail, sense of urgency, customer service skills and team oriented will be
essential in this position. Occasional after-hours support will be required.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities included but are not limited to the following**:

- Adhere to established procedures for the accurate and timely creation and distribution of new

licenses.
- Verify that software products and configurations align with GeoSoftware’s policies and sales

order requirements prior to order fulfillment.
- Monitor license expirations and coordinate with Sales Operations for renewals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Operations, Legal, and Finance

Operations, to ensure precise license fulfillment.
- Respond proactively to all licensing inquiries, investigating and resolving issues swiftly to

ensure maximum satisfaction
- Manage access to license records and repositories for internal staff as required.
- Develop a strong understanding of software deliverables to ensure accurate delivery and

effective troubleshooting of issues.
- Create and enable customer accounts with the appropriate order-specific products and

documentation.
- Accurately log all actions taken in the licensing process system
- Business Administration Diploma or other post-secondary degree in a relevant business discipline
- 3+ years’ experience in the Software License sector

with platforms like CRM and ERP system.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal) as this is the main language for working with co-workers globally
- Strong organizational, problem solving and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team to achieve goals
- Availability to work full time at the Kuala Lumpur office
