**Job Summary**

We are seeking a friendly, responsible, and detail-oriented Clinic Assistant to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth clinic operations and providing excellent support to both medical staff and patients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and register patients in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient records, and daily documentation
- Assist in preparing patients for consultations or medical procedures
- Handle billing, payments, and insurance documentation
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of the clinic environment
- Support doctors and nurses in day-to-day clinic activities
- Answer phone calls, respond to enquiries, and manage front-desk operations
- Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and confidentiality standards

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma in healthcare or administration is an advantage
- Previous experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is preferred
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, clinic management systems)
- Friendly, responsible, and well-organized
- Able to work on weekends or public holidays if required

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
