Job Scope:

- Assisting the Department Head in formulating & designing the Performance & Rewards strategies in the Company i.e. proposals, policies/guidelines, data analytics, etc.
- Establish and maintain close working relationships with HR
- Plan for new initiatives to ensure employees are maintaining the job momentum in achieving organization goals
- Managing all payroll and compensation/benefits matters, including scheduled Rewards matters like Annual Bonus, Salary Adjustment, Salary Band review, Promotions, etc.
- Managing Performance Management System (PMS) matters in the Company i.e. KPI setting, KPI levelling, mid-year and year-end reviews, as well as all scheduled performance-related matters i.e. progress reviews for staff on probation, Performance Improvement Plans, Promotions, Annual Bonus, Annual Salary Adjustment, etc.
- Managing all policies, guidelines, procedures, documents & systems pertaining to Performance & Rewards in the Company.
- Preparation of periodical reports of organizational workforce productivity performance. Assisting the Department Head in preparation of Management papers.
- To implement all Human Resource strategies and practises at Regional offices as per Group Human Resources guidelines. Which includes in the area of recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee relations.
- Ensure job analysis, evaluation and classification of jobs are done correctly to maintain job structure in line with Group's job grading and job architectural framework.
- Track and perform audit check on the implementation of compensations and benefits programs.
- Keep abreast of external environment to ensure HR systems are compliant with data protection laws.

- Education Background : Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or relevant
- Experience : 5 years working experience in benefit & compensation, with experience guiding or managing juniors
