**Job Descriptions: -**
- **Develop and Implement Talent Acquisition Strategies**: Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition plans to meet the organization's internal hiring needs.
- **Interview Coordination**: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- **Onboarding**: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed in their roles.
- **Employer Branding**: Promote the company's employer brand internally to attract and retain top talent.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

**Work Requirements: -**
- Minimum of **3 years of experience** in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on internal hiring.
- **Creative thinker**, able to contribute ideas to solve problems and develop more efficient ways of working.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- **Posses own transport** and willing to work at **Taman Perindustrian Putra Puchong (near Taman Mas).**:

- Excellent in both written and spoken **Mandarin**, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
