**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
- **Customer Experience**: Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring a welcoming store environment, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
- **Sales Management**: Monitor and drive sales performance, manage inventory levels, and ensure effective merchandising to maximize revenue.
- **Training & Development**: Develop a deep understanding of Hysses products, including features, benefits, and usage.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Oversee store operations including cash handling, stock management, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and analyze sales reports, track performance metrics, and implement strategies to achieve business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Retail Supervisor or similar role in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with retail management software and basic financial principles.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework in retail management is a plus.
- Must be willing to work in Singapore.
